Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Please note that rural addresses may require additional delivery time.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship only within New Zealand.
We deliver to both residential and PO Box addresses.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

All items are securely packaged.
