Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely confident shopping with us at The Sleepy Kiwi. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it right. Please read our refund and returns policy below.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging 

  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order number or receipt)

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby items cannot be returned, even if unused. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We’ll assess the issue and offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit—whatever works best for you.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for clearance or sale items marked "Final Sale"
